Hello folks.
Please is there an option I could make unlimited phone calls to mobiles and landlines worldwide either for free or for a small charge?
I know skype would be the option, but I cannot afford paying much (like $20) each month.
Another thing is I am Iphone user so I'm looking for an app to let me make these phone calls.
If you know of something, please let me know.

I don't know about in your country, but Skype is way less than $20 per month. About $9 I think.

Next you can do a search for international calling cards. This would be limited, but you can control your spending because you know how much is on the card.
Last, if you have an iPhone and the person you are calling has one use Skype, or facetime.

Skype lets me call Canada and the US for $3 a month. You can also use the iPhone app to make phone calls once you have this subscription. There are free ways of doing it, but none of them are quite as reliable as Skype, it would seem.
You can pay for a year of Skype calling for around $30, then get a Skype number half price so that others can call you as well. Last I checked, the number will end up costing around $35 for the year. It's been a while since I did this, so if I'm not quoting this correctly, feel free to smack me in the head. All of this info is on Skype's website though.
cant you use GoogleTalk? i dont know how it works or if it is just for the US or what .... but its an idea

There are also other applications you can use to call people for free. Text Plus is one such application. It works on both apple and Android. Text Plus gives you a US number, too. People can call you for two cents a minute on that number. If they have Text Plus installed, then calls are free for you and for them. The URL for text plus is:
